How we started
Rooted in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Bermejo Casa Cervecera was built on perfect synergy of craft and engineering. Santiago brought his mastery as a head brewer, while Aleksandr engineered the facility from the ground up—designing the systems and implementing advanced technological processes. Together, they shared a simple mission: to build a state-of-the-art brewery to create the beer they genuinely wanted to drink. Their vision is to push the boundaries of craft beer, merging technical innovation with the untamed spirit of the Sea of Cortez in every pour.
How we've grown
Since launching our first system in La Paz, Bermejo has evolved from an ambitious engineering project into a cornerstone of local culture.
